We had a great stay at the Premiere Hotel. Our room was very nice, clean and spacieous. Overlooking the beach. the hotel owner is a very pleasant man and he made a stay there comfortable. Every thing is within walking distance. The trolley comes by every half hour if you want to visit other sites in Fort Lauderdale. The beach is located just across the street and there's lots of fun to have. I highly recommend this hotel and my husband and I will definetly stay here again our next vacation. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our room. The hotel manager has lots of great movies and there is not charge for watching them and the internet is free for use too. We had a Great time. Hope to see you guys soon.

The hotel is furnished very poorly! as if they collected furniture from a garage sale! every room is furnished differently, they got a problem with those kitchenettes, we had Palmetto Bags in our room, probably from the food the previous guest left, rooms are not cleaned properly! They don't have any food & beverage service, no bar, all they give you is run-down rooms. On top of it their staff is unfriendly!! Look around and you will find better hotels for less money. Just stay away from that motel!!

The location is amazing, just a block off a pristine section of beach and a few blocks down from several shops and restaurants. My sister and I had a few minor issues--remote controls needed new batteries, keycard stopped working, etc. but the desk staff helped us out in a friendly manner. Rooms are small and shower water vacillated from warm to cold, but our room had a fridge and an alarm clock. We asked for a hair dryer and received one. We were also provided beach towels for the beach. There is an amazing collection of movies and on-site internet access in the lobby. The in-room wi-fi also worked well. Overall would recommend and will probably stay here again.

Our family of six from Trinidad and Tobago, overnighted at Premiere on December 10, before going on toour hilton timeshare at Orlando. We had two large ground floor rooms overlooking the pool. We had absolutely no complaints. Rooms were clean and amenities satisfactory. The internet service worked. We got in after dark and were able to walk out to the nearby restaurants and along the beach. The most notable feature was the hospitality of the owner and his wife, with whom we talked as if we knew eachother for years...even tho we are from opposite ends of the earth. I can certainly say it,s a good place at a good price.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The owner was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He did not want any credit card information when I checked in, since the room was already paid for, but then the next day called me down to the lobby and threatened to kick us out if I did not provide a credit card. The rooms were dirty and there was mold in the kitchen and bathroom. The stove in the kitchen did not work. The bottom of the bathtub moved when you stood on it. It is in a nice location in Fort Lauderdale and it is inexpensive, but was not worth the hassle.
